Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States and other jurisdictions where sweepstakes are lawful.
• Users must be 18 years of age or older at the time of account creation.
• Not valid in jurisdictions where sweepstakes are restricted or prohibited, including Washington, Idaho, and Nevada.

2. Currency System

GCoin (Gold Coin)

• Non-redeemable virtual currency used for social play (no cash value).
• May be purchased or earned via bonuses, login rewards, or giveaways.

Diamond Coins (Sweepstakes Currency)

• Sweepstakes currency used to enter games for real-world prizes.
• Not available for direct purchase.
• Obtained only by:
  • Receiving them as a bonus with GCoin purchases
  • Earning them through promotions, giveaways, or free daily spins
  • Requesting free entries via the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

3. Gameplay & Currency Exchange

• Players may exchange GCoins for Diamond Coins during gameplay.
• Winnings are awarded in Diamond Coins.
• Players can convert Diamond Coins back into GCoins before claiming a prize.
• Only Diamond Coins are eligible for sweepstakes entries and prize redemption.

4. Prize Redemption

• Prizes may only be redeemed with legitimately earned or acquired Diamond Coins.
• Diamond Coins can be converted to GCoins to initiate a claim.
• All prize claims require identity verification and anti-fraud checks.
• Redemptions may be subject to minimum thresholds, fees, and processing timelines.

5. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without purchase:

1. On a 3″×5″ card, hand-print:
   • Full name
   • Mailing address
   • Email address associated with your Diamond Casino Games account
   • The statement: “I would like to receive free Diamond Coins to participate in the Diamond Casino Games sweepstakes.”
2. Mail to:

3. Upon verification, your account will be credited with the standard Diamond Coin package. Limit one AMOE per promotion per person.

6. No Purchase Necessary

• A purchase does not increase your odds of winning.
• Odds depend on the number of eligible entries and game-play performance.

7. Taxes & Reporting

• All prize winnings are subject to federal, state, and local taxes.
• Winners are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes.
• Diamond Casino Games may issue IRS Form 1099 for reportable winnings.

8. Fraud & Abuse

• Manipulation, exploitation, or abuse of the platform or sweepstakes will result in account suspension or termination.
• Only one account per person; multiple accounts or identity falsification are prohibited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided “as is” without any warranties—express, implied, or statutory. We make no guarantees regarding winnings, functionality, or uninterrupted availability.

10. Changes & Updates

Diamond Casino Games reserves the right to modify these rules, terms, or offerings at any time, with or without notice, to comply with applicable laws or address technical issues or fraud.
